CALL 539-432-1551 → Cancellation PolicyBy confirming and reserving transportation services with THE BALLOTT EXPRESS, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following cancellation terms:All cancellations made within less than twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled pickup time shall be considered a last-minute cancellation and will be subject to a minimum charge equivalent to one (1) hour of service at the standard hourly rate of $100.00, in addition to the non-refundable $35.00 registration and reservation fee.This policy applies to all confirmed bookings, including airport transfers, hourly reservations, prepaid services, and priority transportation accommodations. The cancellation fee is assessed to compensate for reserved scheduling, vehicle allocation, driver dispatch preparation, and loss of service availability.Failure to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice (“No-Show”) will also result in the automatic application of the minimum one-hour service charge plus the non-refundable registration fee.
